The radeon r9 fury arrives
Today has been the day chosen by AMD to make its Radeon R9 Fury known to the world, the new graphics card equipped with the powerful Fiji GPU and an air cooling system in its reference model, unlike its older sister, the Radeon R9 Fury X that goes through water.
The AMD Radeon R9 Fury totals 56 Compute Units resulting in a whopping 3, 584 Shader Processors, 224 TMUs, and 64 ROPs operating at a serial frequency of 1 GHz. Along with the GPU we find 4 GB of VRAM HBM at a frequency of 500 MHz and a 4, 096-bit interface that leads to a spectacular bandwidth of 512 GB / s, something never seen until the arrival of Fiji. As for its video outputs we find 2 x DVI, 1 x HDMI and 1 x DisplayPort.
Its official price is $ 549, we will have to see how it finally looks in Spain.
