Today we open the section of The Games of the Week, where we review the highlights that will come out over the next seven days (May 9 to 15) in terms of video games, the most important. Let's go there!

The Games of the Week from 9 to 15 May 2016

1. UNCHARTED 4

Titled as Uncharted 4: The Thief's End, it is the latest installment of the vaunted Uncharted saga for Playstation 4 by the studio Naughty Dog, which with this installment dismisses this saga of action and adventure. The game promises more and better than previously seen in Uncharted, lots of action, impossible scenes, scavenger hunts and platformer, fully exploiting the possibilities of the Sony console.

Uncharted 4 comes out exclusively for Playstation 4.

2. RAIDEN V

Ships games of the SHMUPS genre are already a classic and exponents are still emerging, as is the case of Raiden V, the fifth installment of this popular saga that is going to storm the West exclusively, for the moment, for the XBOX One console. Created by a Japanese study, its arrival in the West surprises because XBOX One is not the most popular console in that country, but regardless of this, the game aims not to abandon the classic devilish gameplay of this type of game, in the style of the famous Ikaruga.

We recommend reading our guide to the best PC Gaming settings 2016.

3. DOOM

DOOM is the other important video game that is going to come out this week, created by ID Software, managers of the lifelong saga, with this remake they seek to return to the origins after the criticism received of DOOM 3 about a decade ago. The game will return to frenetic action with a multitude of war arsenal at our disposal, intrinsic scenarios and a large number of endless creatures that we must sweep as we go.

DOOM will arrive for PC and XBOX One and Playstation 4 consoles.

4. BATTLESOULS

Battlesouls comes out on May 12 on Steam and is a multiplayer PVP title where two sides face the conquest of the territory in an epic world, where knights and magicians face each other in legendary battles. There will be 5 classes to choose from and it will be a free option to other titles of the same genre like Overwatch.

5. STELLARIS

The usual strategy gamers should be congratulated with the launch of Stellaris, the new game from Paradox Studios, the creators of Crusader Kings and Europa Universalis. In Stellaris, the people of Paradox have wanted to transfer their management and conquest game to space, where we can command one of the different alien races to choose to conquer the galaxy, either by war or diplomatic channels.

The game launches today on Steam and there is a version for Linux and Mac.

6. WARHAMMER 40: CARNAGE CHAMPIONS

The last notable title of the week is Warhammer 40, 000: Carnage Champions, a game that had originally been released for iOS and Android but is now adapted for PC with the consequent graphic improvement. Warhammer 40, 000: Carnage Champions is a side-view action game with RPG elements.

Great titles for all tastes , which one are you waiting for?
