New installment of The Games of the Week, the number 11 of this year where we review the most interesting games that will come out during the week that begins. This time we have as a highlight the launch of the new Ark: Survival of the Fittest, a mod from The Hunger Games that is now released as a standalone game. We could also highlight the launch of I Am Setsuna, a classic RPG title from Square-Enix, let's go there.
The Games of the Week from July 18 to 24, 2016
I AM SETSUNA
I Am Setsuna is an RPG adventure developed by Square-Enix and inspired by classics like Chrono Trigger. Its story is set on an island where a sacrifice is offered every ten years, but the monsters begin to attack before the next rite and the protagonist must escort Setsuna, a girl with powerful magical qualities close to the sacrifice. The title will feature classic turn-based combat in a technical 3D finish.
I Am Setsuna will be released for PC, Playstation 4 and PSVita.
NEVERWINTER
One of today's most famous MMOs (Massively Multiplayer Online) set in the Dungeons & Dragons universe first lands on Playstation 4. This online RPG game is Free to Play with no class or zone restrictions that uses a Tera Online-style real-time battle system, Blade of Souls.
SONG OF THE DEEP
The song of the depths is the game developed by Insomniac Games, the creators of Sunset Overdrive or Ratchet & Clank are animated with a videogame in zenith view where we control a submarine in the depths of the ocean. We will control a girl driving a submarine in the desperate search for her father, on the way we will have to overcome a lot of dangers, enemies and puzzles of the most varied.
Song of the Deep will be released for Playstation 4 and PC.
STARBOUND
After about 5 years of development, the definitive version of Starbound is finally released on Steam, a title very similar to Terraria where we can travel to the ends of the universe looking for planets to colonize. Endless fun with planets created procedurally, trying to survive in worlds full of resources and dangers alike, Starbound is a special game for Minecraft or Terraria players.
ARK: SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST
The popular dinosaur MMO survival is divided into two facets with Ark: Survival of the Fittest. This new game based on the premise of The Hunger Games, offers a competitive online arena title where 72 people battle each other, the last one standing is the winner. Multiple game modes, variable rules, events, traps and weapons of all kinds.
Ark: Survival of the Fittest debuts on Playstation 4 and is now available via 'early access' on Steam.
