As many will know, NVLink bridges would come to replace the classic SLI bridges of previous generations of Nvidia GeForce graphics cards. With the advent of Turing graphics cards, NVLink has taken the baton, though it has also made these bridges much more expensive than their predecessors.

NVLink is the new SLI bridge for the GeForce RTX series

In the Asian market, Zotac has launched its NVLink bridges, which offer them in a 3- and 4-slot version and come with a Spectra RGB lighting setup. In this way, Zotac joins Gigabyte and EVGA by launching its own custom NV-Link bridges.

NVLink is the new SLI bridge for the GeForce RTX series, although the graphics card that currently supports it is the RTX 2080 and 2080 Ti. Unfortunately the RTX 2070 does not have support for NVLink, in a somewhat controversial decision.

This new technology allows connecting to different Nvidia RTX Turing GPUs at a speed between 5 and 10 times higher than the traditional PCIe Gen3 bus. This improves the performance scale on multi-GPU computers, especially for performance enthusiast users who don't have enough with what a single RTX 2080 Ti can offer.

Zotac bridges have RGB LED lighting, how could it be otherwise, which is compatible with the Spectra lighting system that can be synchronized with Zotac's proprietary software, Firestorm, an application that is completely free.

Currently Zotac is selling these NVLink bridges for a price of 12, 980 yen, that is, almost 100 euros.
