After several months of rumors and speculation about Microsoft's new mid-range smartphone, the Lumia 650 has been officially announced confirming the rumored features.

The Lumia 650 has been officially announced and will go on sale in the European market next February 1 8 for an official price of 199 euros. It is a mid-range terminal that presents a fairly quality finish with a metal frame, something that Microsoft has not even used in the high-end Lumia 950.

We can already talk about its official specifications, among which is a 5-inch AMOLED Clear Black screen and a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels coated with Gorilla Glass 3 for greater resistance. The screen has support for Glance so that it can always show us the time and notifications with negligible energy consumption.

Inside is a 1.3 GHz quad- core Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 processor and an Adreno 304 GPU, apparently a step behind the Snapdragon 400 found in the Lumia 640, especially in the section of the GPU that we passed from the Adreno 305 to the Adreno 304. Along with the processor we find a very common configuration in the Lumia family and that is already beginning to be quite limited, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of expandable storage.

The rest of the specifications include 8 and 5 megapixel rear and front cameras, both featuring an f / 2.2 aperture, the Windows 10 operating system, a tight 2, 000 mAh battery, Dual SIM, FM radio, front speaker, 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b. / g / n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE and A-GPS.
