Mario kart tour is already on the way to smartphones

Nintendo seems to have realized that games for smartphones generate a lot of income from the large number of potential users that exist. For this reason, it is already preparing a new release related to its emblematic kart racing saga, Mario Kart Tour will be available soon for Android and iOS.

Mario Kart Tour is in development for smartphones

Nintendo has announced that the Mario Kart Tour will be launched within the fiscal year that ends in March 2019, this means that it may still be more than a year before we can put ourselves at the controls of the karts of its characters with our smarpthones and tablets.

For now, nothing else is known, we may be facing a new game developed from scratch or it may be an adaptation of one of the ones it already has in its catalog, for example Mario Kart 8 which is the latest installment in the saga.

What is very clear is that we are facing a new Nintendo that has opened up to the arrival of their IPs on platforms other than their own consoles, something that started with the arrival of Super Mario Run and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, nor did we We forgot about the Zelda that is being developed for smartphones. We even know that games from the original Wii have started to hit the Nvidia Shield.
