Meizu mx6 is now official

Lovers of top-of-the-range Chinese smartphones already have a new option to choose from within the vast Chinese catalog. The Meizu MX6 has already been officially presented with the latest hardware that will offer spectacular features for a price much more content than those offered by the most prestigious brands.

Meizu MX6: technical characteristics, availability and price

The new Meizu MX6 arrives with an already usual aluminum chassis with dimensions of 153.6 x 75.2 x 7.25 mm and a weight of 155 grams that is built around a generous 5.5-inch screen with IPS technology and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels to deliver outstanding image quality. This panel is capable of covering 85% of the NTSC spectrum and has a contrast of 1500: 1.

If the screen of the Meizu MX6 is good, the interior of the smartphone is even more so with the presence of a MediaTek Helio X20 processor with ten cores and which is the same that we can find in the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 when it goes on sale. This processor is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM for spectacular performance and great fluidity of its Flyme OS 5.5 operating system based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Storage does not fall short with 32 GB that we can expand thanks to the presence of a microSD memory card slot although the maximum capacity has not been confirmed but we should expect at least 64 GB and with a bit of luck 128 GB. We continue with the Meizu MX6 optics led by a 12 MP rear camera with F / 2.0 aperture, PDAF autofocus, dual LED flash and the ability to record video at 4K resolution. For its part, the front camera is 5 MP.

The rest of its features include a 3, 060 mAh battery that seems like a meager poc, 4G LTE (Dual-SIM), WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, USB Type-C and a fingerprint reader.

The Meizu MX6 can be purchased in the main Chinese online stores for an approximate price of 270 euros.
