MSI has officially unveiled its new MSI GE75 Raider gaming laptop, a model that continues the trend of thinning the frames around the screen. The MSI GE75 Raider is smaller and lighter than other GE series, and features a large 17.3-inch screen.
MSI GE75 Raider unites power with the best design
As you can see from the images, the device is characterized by the significant reduction of the frames around the screen, which has a positive effect on the appearance and dimensions of the laptop. Thanks to this , it is similar in size to notebooks with a 15.6 "screen, not a 17.3" one. In addition, with a weight of 2.61 kg and dimensions of 397 x 268.5 x 27.5 mm it is very portable.

The MSI GE75 8RX Raider will be powered by Intel Coffee Lake-H processors. The most powerful model will feature the Core i7-8750H. The processor will support a maximum of 32GB of 2666MHz DDR4 RAM. In the case of storage, the situation looks very good, because we have three slots available, one 2.5 ″ and two M.2 for SSDs, both compatible with PCIe x4 Gen.3 NVMe, but only one of them will additionally support SATA III. There will be two GPUs to choose from, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 and GeForce GTX 1070 to fit everyone's possibilities.
MSI has prepared for us a 17.3 ″ IPS level AHVA panel and Full HD resolution, with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a response time of 3 ms. Its two 3W speakers (including two subwoofers) must provide a very good quality sound, which is what the manufacturer's gaming notebooks have already accustomed us to. As for the ports, it offers 1x USB 3.1 type C Gen.2, 2x USB 3.1 type A Gen.1, 1x USB 3.1 type A Gen.2, 1x HDMI 2.0, 1x mini DisplayPort, 1x Ethernet RJ-45, 2x connector 3.5mm audio (including a HiFi), and SD card reader. The MSI GE75 Raider also has a built-in 6-cell battery with a 51 Wh capacity.
