MSI continues to bet on a vast catalog of pre-assembled desktop computers with high-quality components and the best performance. Its latest addition is the MSI Trident, a team with a fairly traditional but very compact design that is characterized by offering exquisite performance from the most advanced components from Intel and Nvidia.

MSI Trident: new very compact high-performance device

The MSI Trident is a device that you can place in your living room without being out of place, in fact you could pass it off as one of the video consoles of the current generation with its compact design. Despite its small dimensions of 346.2 x 71.8 x 232.4 mm, it is a team perfectly capable of handling virtual reality thanks to its powerful Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card that is accompanied by an Intel Core i7 6700 processor or an INtel Core i5 6400 depending on the chosen configuration. All this on a motherboard personalized by MSI and based on the H110 chipset. We highlight that the graphics card is a conventional model so it can be used in other equipment if necessary.

We recommend our PC gamer setup for less than 600 euros.

We continue to see the characteristics of the MSI Trident and we find the possibility of installing a 2.5-inch hard drive and an M.2-type SSD so we can easily combine the best of SSDs and HDDs. Regarding wireless connectivity, it has Wifi 802.11 and Bluetooth 4.2, we find a complete front panel with Ethernet, two 3.5 mm jack connectors for audio and micro, a USB 3.0 type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports and a video output in HDMI form. On the other hand in the back there are three audio connectors, a USB 3.0, four USB 2.0 and an HDMI.

As a good modern gaming device, the MSI Trident has RGB LED lighting on the left side, this lighting can be managed in a very comfortable way from the MSI software to give it a very personal and attractive touch. Includes a 230W power supply.
