Netgear Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR700 announced

The new NPG XR700 is built to deliver the most optimized network possible for the speed, low latency and network stability needs of gamers. The router incorporates top-level software thanks to its DumaOS operating system with features such as a Gaming control center, a geographic filter to guarantee playing on nearby servers, or QoS (Quality of the Service) functions to control and eliminate lag.

Regarding its performance, a 1.7GHz quad-core processor is incorporated, ultra-fast WiFi with 60GHz 802.11ad technology, and 4 active high-power external antennas. With a 10 Gigabit SFP + port and additional 7 Gigabit ports, the XR700 is designed for streamers and anyone requiring ultrafast network storage.

The Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR700 offers possibilities such as combining with an NPG SX10 switch to increase the number of available ports and allow a high level home network configuration. Furthermore, with compatible SFP + modules such as the Netgear AXM765, you can connect this router to a PC with a connection capable of supporting 10Gigabit networks and experience 90% less latency on download than a GBe connection.
