Noctua presents the new heatsink nh

The NH-U12A is the latest and fifth generation of the award-winning Noctua U12 series of coolers. This 120mm cooler combines two of Noctua's flagship fans, the NF-A12x25 PWM 120mm model, with a completely redesigned heatsink that includes no less than 7 heatpipes and a larger finned surface area for dissipation superior heat.

In this way, the NH-U12A can rival the performance of many 140mm-size coolers, while offering a 120mm case and PCIe compatibility.

Noctua has improved the thermal performance of the heatsink, which now has 7 heatpipes (copper tubes) and 37% more fin surface area (compared to the NH-U12S). Two installed fans have also been included to help dissipate heat much more efficiently.

The NH-U12A offers significant advantages in RAM, chassis and PCIe compatibility compared to larger 140mm coolers. Due to its asymmetric design, it does not exceed the RAM slots of Intel LGA115x or AMD AM4 based motherboards, ensuring easy access and 100% compatibility with modules that have heat sinks. The NH-U12A stays away from the top PCIe slot on most standard ATX or Micro-ATX motherboards, so it is perfectly designed not to hinder any component in the PC assembly.

The manufacturer's suggested retail price is 99.90 euros and comes with a 6-year warranty.
