NZXT today announces the latest evolution in its renowned NZXT Kraken series, with the most advanced controls to date included in all-in-one liquid cooling. With the debut of the Kraken x52 and the upgraded Kraken x42 and x62, everything, including the pump, radiator, and fans, has been designed and engineered to provide unmatched cooling performance.
Features of the new NZXT Kraken series
- A redesigned and quieter pump Fan pump and fan speed management via CAM: full control to cool to your liking New Aer P fans: designed to refine cooling Reinforced tubing: improved nylon for added protection Advanced RGB lighting effects: get feedback and fun at the same time 6-year warranty, industry leader
Control and light your way with CAM 3.2
Through the intuitive design of CAM and its full integration through software, the new Kraken include the most sophisticated and refined control ever created for all-in-one cooling. Thanks to custom-designed firmware control, independent pump performance regulation and fan adjustment allow for unmatched cooling and customization, as well as next-generation performance. All firmware updates are managed through CAM, allowing users to benefit from additional options (configuration, lighting modes, etc.) in the future.
In addition to these improvements in cooling, the Kraken pump is made even more important by its lighting effects, which use the entire RGB spectrum. It includes numerous predefined modes and customizable reagents, such as Spectrum Wave, Loading or Exchange, which react to temperature conditions or audio output to inform users of changes in the system. Separate channels allow detailed lighting control of both the pump ring and the NZXT logo, with countless combinations.
CAM 3.2 will be available for download very soon, and will include numerous updates such as synchronization with HUE +, support for Aer RGB and a game mode with specific lighting integration for CS: GO.
Achieve perfection in liquid cooling with Aer P fans
Alongside the new Kraken series, NZXT is also introducing the Aer P series of high static pressure fans. With a bevelled inlet, flaps designed with spoilers and a dynamic fluid bearing, they provide silence, durability and above-average performance, taking advantage of the Kraken pump. Thanks to the water block and tube operation, these fans offer an advanced cooling experience.
Available in 120mm (included with Kraken x52) and 140mm (included with Kraken x42 and x62), Aer P fans have cables with protective sleeves to keep the PC interior clean, and vibration dampers at each mounting point to minimize noise in the box. The three color rings to choose from are sold separately: you can choose between blue, red or white.
Tubes with extended reinforcement
Building on the already rugged Kraken series design, this new evolution comes with nylon sleeves to add reinforcement that doesn't detract from flexibility. The improved durability of these nylon sleeves protects the Kraken's cooling tubes from damage during installation.
Retail prices are for Kraken X42 - € 129.90, Kraken X52 - € 149.90 and Kraken X62 for € 159.90. Its availability in Spain is estimated for early November.
