The new Thermaltake View 23 Tempered Glass ARGB chassis arrives to reaffirm this manufacturer's commitment to offer the best aesthetics to the users of its products. In addition to the three mentioned fans, it includes a 4mm thick tempered glass panel that makes up the left side. The front part, although transparent, is made of acrylic, since it has a non-flat surface. The LEDs on the three front fans are connected to a simple controller that toggles between lighting settings at the push of a button on the front panel, though you can connect them to an ARGB header for software control.

Inside, a conventional design with horizontal partitions is obtained . The motherboard tray offers space for graphics cards up to 36.6 cm in length, and up to 26 cm if a radiator is mounted along the front jacks. It also supports CPU coolers up to 17cm tall. It also offers the option of mounting two additional 120mm fans along the motherboard tray that points out from the right side panel, two upper 140mm and one rear 120mm. The drive bays include two 3.5-inch trays, which can hold 2.5-inch drives, and two 2.5-inch mounts behind the motherboard tray.
