Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition uses a SF120R series RGB fan, a barrel metal anodized top cap plate, and a set of heat sinks with a black nickel finish. The Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition uses four direct contact heatpipes to ensure optimal cooling efficiency. Your fan supports RGB LED control using an included controller or other RGB control systems.

Those who prefer to ignore the fashion of RGB can buy the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition "All-Black ". This version choose to bypass RGB lighting, using a Silent FP120 series fan with Silent Controller IC technology. This technology is said to reduce noise, while offering high-pressure airflow for increased cooling performance.
