The launch of the GTX 1650 series of graphics cards, which aims to replace the GTX 1050, is official. This graphics card uses the TU117 'Turing' GPU which has been carefully designed to balance performance, power and cost.

GeForce GTX 1650 is up to 70% faster than GTX 1050

The TU117 chip, which brings the GTX 1650 to life, includes all new Turing Shader innovations that improve performance and efficiency, including support for integer and floating point operations, a Unified Cache Architecture with a larger L1 cache, and Adaptive Shading technology.

The GeForce GTX 1650 is estimated to be up to 70% faster than the GTX 1050 with 1080p resolution, and twice as fast as the GTX 950, which launched in mid-2015.

One of the highlights is the TDP of just 75 watts, this allows most commercial models to not require an extra power connector from the power supply.
