Nvidia shield tablet original receives marshmallow
Nvidia has announced that it has released the update to Android 6.0 Marhmallow for its original Nvidia Shield Tablet device. An update that will reach all users in the coming days and that includes the same features that are included in the Shield Tablet K1.
Nvidia has included a new camera app with a redesigned interface and real-time HD effects. The update also adds the ability to assign specific permissions to applications and the ability to include the microSD card within main storage.
We remind you that the Nvidia Shield Tablet is a tablet device designed for gamers. The tablet has an 8-inch screen with a FULL HD resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The powerful Nvidia Tegra K1 is responsible for giving life to a frequency of 2.20 GHz, let's remember that the strongest aspect of said SoC is its integrated GPU formed by an SMX Kepler unit, totaling 192 CUDA Cores. The Tegra K1 is backed by 2 GB of RAM memory, a dual front speaker configuration and a 5 megapixel front camera that can be used with streaming function by Twitch, the famous online platform for gamers.
