For the past year, the green team has been rumored to be working on a new NVIDIA Shield series. Your multimedia device via streaming with Android that has achieved great success since its first version and that NVIDIA continues to update regularly.

A renewed new NVIDIA Shield model would be on the way

Two new references to NVIDIA Shield have already been detected some time ago. Two mysterious accessories called "Stormcaster" and "Friday" have been listed. The names are associated with a new Shield and a new remote control for it.

Then last July 26, an 'NVIDIA Corporation SHIELD Android TV Game Console P3430' has come to light at FCC, so it seemed once again that NVIDIA was working on a new revision. A new Tegra X1 T210 B01-SoC was mentioned. This is a chip with four Cortex A57s and four A53 copies. The same Tegra X1 SoC is said to be found in the updated version of Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite as well.

This week a new model reference was detected again, but this time coming from a Bluetooth SIG 5.0 certification (see above). All this suggests that NVIDIA could present an updated version of its Android device sooner rather than later and this last reference is quite clear if we see the capture.
