NVIDIA has just announced the holding of a special event at SIGGRAPH 2018 that will be broadcast live to everyone. The event will take place on August 13 in Vancouver and important announcements regarding new hardware are expected there.

The special event will be broadcast live on YouTube and other channels and will focus on CEO Jen-Hsun Huang's opening speech. As it is mentioned as a special event, we can expect some surprises to be announced. Below is the official NVIDIA press release:

As you can see, the event is only aimed at graphic designers, developers and content creators, so you can expect to see announcements related to these fields and not generally to the players, for this we will have to wait until August 20 in the Gamescom.
