Recent Nvidia drivers create problems in Oculus Rift

The drawbacks are related to display issues and performance inconsistencies with the newer Nvidia drivers, some reports have blamed the Windows 10 Creators Update so it's unclear what the root of the problem is. For now the only recommendation if you are having problems is to go back to a version of GeForce 388.59 drivers or lower. Some users have pointed out that the problem can be solved by disabling quick start in Windows 10.

If you are using an Nvidia GPU and you have display or performance issues with Oculus Rift, make sure you are using driver version 388.59. Later versions may cause compatibility problems with Oculus software.

It is to be hoped that both Microsoft and Nvidia are already working on the solution to this problem, for sure, over the next few days we will have new information about it.
