HP is working on a new Omen X series monitor; one that promises to offer super-fast update rates, HDR support, and 2K resolution. We're talking about the HP Omen X 27 HDR, the 1440p (QHD) monitor that gives gamers access to refresh rates of 240Hz, no less.

The Omen X 27 HDR is a FreeSync 2 HDR monitor that offers 90% coverage of the DCI P3 color space, response times of just 1ms and DisplayHDR 400 compatibility. This is impressive for a TN monitor, but what's more impressive is that this display offers access to refresh rates from 240Hz to 1440p, a feat accomplished by HP.
