Orisa is the new overwatch character, a humanoid spider

The best video game of 2016 continues to receive new content and new heroes who join its wide repertoire. Blizzard has just introduced Orisa, a humanoid robot spider that will be arriving '' very soon '' to Overwatch.

Overwatch adds a new character

With the arrival of Orisa, Overwatch elevates its repertoire to 24 characters, each with their movements, attacks and special powers that make them unique.

Orisa is a character that within the team would be considered a 'tank', this means that he is an offensive character who almost always goes ahead of the team and can resist large amounts of damage.

During the presentation video it is made very clear that Orisa's role is to protect, that is why she has several skills that focus on defending the team with barriers and fortifications. Furthermore, Orisa can deal a lot of damage with her automatic projectile cannon and can also deploy a device that increases the damage of all the equipment in a certain area.

Orisa is not yet available in the game but it is in the test room (PTR), where we can play with her before she reaches the base game.

All the new characters that Blizzard is including in Overwatch are made for free, so if you already paid for the game, you will not have to spend a penny more on these new heroes, unless you like spending on cool chests and skins, That's another thing.
