Panram updates its ddr4 ninja series
Panram, maker of DDR4 flash and RAM memory, has announced an upgrade to its DDR4 Ninja-V memory series by introducing high-performance modules at 2, 800, 3, 000, 3, 200 and 3, 300 MHz for the Intel Haswell-E platform.
The company launched 2, 400 MHz DDR4 modules earlier this year and has been working to develop higher-performance memories ever since. The new modules arrive in kits with capacities of 4, 8 and 16 GB.
The 2, 400 MHz modules operate at a reduced voltage of 1.2V while the 3, 000, 3, 200 and 3, 300 MHz models operate at a voltage of 1.35V, a much more relaxed value than the 1.65V at which the higher models operated. DDR3 performance.
Panram offers a lifetime warranty on its DDR4 memories.
