Patriot announces its torch ssds
The manufacturer Patriot has announced a new line of SSD mass storage devices, it is the new Patriot Torch line with SATA III interface and a 2.5-inch format .
The new Patriot Torch SSDs come in capacities of 120 and 240 GB, inside they contain MLC NAND flash memory made in 16nm and the Phison PS3110 controller. With these specifications they reach a sequential read and write rate of 555/535 MB / s respectively for the 240 GB model while the 120 GB model remains at about 545/430 MB / s.
The 240 GB version is priced at $ 106.11 while the 120 GB version comes at $ 66.63.
