Philips Announces Curved 49 "SuperWide Monitor and Another 32" LCD

The Philips Brilliance 49-inch SuperWide display offers the latest in image quality, display format and functionality. The display won an iF Design Award and a Red Dot Award in 2018, two of the top design awards.

The new 49-inch screen acts as if they were two full-size , high-performance monitors for a broader view when required, especially on content analysts' computers for content creation. The 1800R's curved display creates a more immersive gaming experience, and Adaptive-Sync technology allows for smooth refresh and ultra-fast response time. In addition, the monitor is VESA Display HDR 400 certified.

This is the Philips 329P9H 32-inch LCD

The Philips 329P9H 32-inch 4K LCD monitor offers extreme clarity, exceptional color and brilliant performance, the manufacturer says. UltraClear 4K UHD (3840 X 2160) resolution and IPS technology deliver sharp colors and wide viewing angles, allowing you to view the screen from almost any angle.

Both displays have been updated with performance-enhancing features, including a USB-C docking station and an integrated MultiClient KVM selector. The USB 3.1 Type-C docking station simplifies connecting all your peripherals, including the keyboard, mouse, and Ethernet cable directly to the monitor.

LowBlue and Flicker-Free technologies are also present on these screens. LowBlue mode was developed to reduce potentially irritating blue light. Due to how the brightness is controlled on LED screens, many users experience flickering on their screen that can cause eye fatigue. Flicker-Free technology applies a new solution to regulate brightness and reduce flickering for a more comfortable viewing experience.

The Philips 49 SuperWide monitor will be available in March for a price of around $ 1, 299 and the 32-inch 4K model will be available in February for $ 799.
