As we predicted in previous news, inexpensive motherboards for Ryzen 3000 may arrive soon, which is why leaks are increasing. In this case, we have had a first look at the B550A motherboards that apparently will only bring PCIe Gen 3.0 .

B550A motherboards for Ryzen 3000 for a lower price

Following the dynamics of other generations, each iteration of Ryzen processors brings with it two different chipsets. The first is usually more premium for enthusiast teams, while the second is usually cheaper.

For one, the X570 chipset takes the role of high-end motherboards with many features. On the other hand, the B550A motherboards are the economic versions, which is why the novelties they bring are not very remarkable.

Despite the fact that the news about the B550 is almost null, a Reddit user showed images of an alleged B550A motherboard. This would not be taken so seriously if it were not that the existence of B550A motherboards had not been confirmed by AMD itself.

As we have mentioned, the B550 motherboards have not yet been announced, although many users are waiting for them already. Currently, the red team's weakest point could be debated whether it is its motherboard offering. Since many users come from Intel , the price of buying a Ryzen must be added to that of expensive high-end motherboards.

On the dates, B550 motherboards are expected to hit the market in early 2020, though nothing is confirmed.
