Playstation 4: release date and price.

At last in this E3 2013, the design and all the doubts about PS4 have been cleared. Most of them have been well received but others not so much, however it is unanimous that Sony has devastated.

Why? We see it below.

Technical specifications

The specifications are the same that we were already able to know in February at the PS Meeting with the novelty of the capacity of the hard disk. Below you can see the complete list:

This new generation of consoles began with a bittersweet taste when learning about Microsoft's intention to restrict the second hand on its console and force its users to have Xbox One permanently connected. But Sony has managed to please the players while ironically maintaining the characteristics of its previous console. This means that as far as physical disks are concerned, there will be free swap and that the console will not necessarily have to be connected to the network.

As if that were not enough, it was revealed a few hours ago that the console will be Region Free thus giving the possibility of importing games from any other territory.

Among the aspects that are going to give the most talk, is Sony's decision to require being subscribed to Playstation Plus to play online . A subscription that will cost less than € 5 a month and will continue to "give away" games monthly for PS3, PS Vita and PS4 but that will not please everyone. Another diffuse aspect is the second hand, and although Sony will not hinder its games; cannot speak for Third Parties.

Price and release date

The greatest virtue of the console in these first months of life has been its price. Sony has estimated it at 399 Euros (Reserve available on Amazon Spain), a price undoubtedly lower than that of the previous models of the brand. The PS4 will include a Dualshock 4 controller, a headset with mic, the power adapter, an HDMi cable and a USB cable. For now, the release of any pack in Spain is unknown and there is only evidence of the Americans with: PS4 + NBA live 14 to $ 459, PS4 + EA Sport for $ 579 and PS4 + several of these games: Drive Club, Knack and Killzone: shadow Fall.

Sony has also revealed the price of some of its accessories. The PS4 Eye will be priced at € 49 and the Dualshock 4 will be available for € 59. The games will maintain their current € 60 on average.
