Plextor m6v on sale now
Plextor has already released its new SSD storage devices belonging to the M6V series with SATA III 6 Gb / s interface, they are also available in M.2 (M6GV series) and mSATA (M6MV series) formats.
The new Plextor SSDs are available in capacities of 128, 256 and 512 GB, all of them with Toshiba NAND memory at 16nm and a Silicon Motion SMI-2246 controller. The difference lies in the cache memory being 128 MB, 256 MB and 512 MB respectively.
With these specifications they are able to achieve a sequential read speed of 535 MB / s in all the drives, while their sequential write is 170 MB / s, 335 MB / s and 455 MB / s respectively. Its 4K random read and write performance amounts to 83, 000 IOPS and 80, 000 IOPS on all models.
Finally, their prices are 69 euros for the 128 GB model, 115 euros for the 256 GB and 245 euros for the 512 GB.
