Pokémon gives away free avatar t-shirts for ingress prime launch

Niantic, the company behind the popular Pokemon GO app, has announced that Pokemon Go trainers can purchase the free Ingress Prime T-shirts, to celebrate that it has released a sequel to its original Ingress game, called Ingress Prime. Additionally, Niantic and Nintendo have made some special Pokemon available in-game to celebrate the occasion.

Niantic Launches Ingress Prime And Celebrates It With Three Special Avatars And Two New Shiny Pokémon

To celebrate the arrival of Ingress Prime, Niantic has added three new jerseys that Pokémon Go players can purchase from the Style Shop. Each includes a “futuristic” design, one representing the enlightened faction, the other representing the resistance faction, while the third shirt features the Ingress Prime logo.

In addition to the new jerseys, players will also be able to find two new shiny Pokemon that have colors that reflect the predominantly green Illuminated faction, and the predominantly blue Resistance faction. They are Shiny Cubone and Shiny Ponyta; Cubone has a green body, while Ponyta has bright blue flames.
