ASROCK X470 Fatal1ty Gaming uses AMD's newest chipset for Ryzen 2000

The ASROCK X470 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX ac is a mini-ITX format motherboard that aims to get the most out of Ryzen 2000 series processors, which are to be officially launched from April 19.

This particular motherboard has WiFi-AC technology. It supports two full-size DDR4 DIMMs, four SATA drives, two USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, one USB 3.1 Type C. It also has DisplayPort and HDMI ports, in case we want to use it with APU processors with embedded GPU. The motherboard also has a slot for M.2 format SSDs on the back.

As this is not an official presentation, but a leaked images and data from the motherboard, we do not know what the price will be, but knowing the costs of the current Fatal1ty Gaming ITX based on Z370, it should be between the approximate 160 euros .

The new Ryzen 2000 series arrives to fight the eighth generation Intel Core 'Coffee Lake' processors, with higher frequencies and improvements in the IPC to increase overall performance compared to the first generation Ryzen. We will see if it is enough.
