QNAP Systems, Inc. today released the official version of Qfiling v1.0 - an exclusive application that helps automate file organization and increase productivity. Users can greatly benefit from the instant organization of a large number of files needed for daily use, saving time and enjoying greater convenience.

Qfiling is easy to use and needs only 5 steps to organize a large number of files distributed across multiple folders. Users can classify files and determine archiving conditions; as well as scheduling the archiving tasks that will be carried out periodically. The new "Recipe" function allows users to save frequently used file conditions as a "unique recipe" so that the next Qfiling task can be executed with a single click using the recipe.

System requirements: Qsirch must be installed before using Qfiling. Supports all QNAP NAS models with at least 2GB of RAM and QTS 4.3.0 (or higher) except TAS series. 4GB or more of RAM is recommended for optimal performance.
