The specialist QNAP has announced the launch of the new QNAP NAS TS-932X, an economic model, which does not give up the possibility of mounting up to nine hard drives and powerful hardware that will move your operating system without problems.

QNAP NAS TS-932X features

QNAP NAS TS-932X is based on a quad-core processor with ARM architecture, allowing you to achieve the best level of energy efficiency. It is a 1.7 GHz quad-core AnnapurnaLabs processor, which is accompanied by 2GB / 8GB of RAM expandable up to a maximum of 16 GB, and the possibility of mounting SSD caching to optimize performance and use of the storage.

To ensure the best performance, Qtier technology has been included, which automatically nests files and data based on frequency of access to provide optimal storage performance. Its low power consumption has allowed a very compact design, which makes it ideal for small and medium-sized businesses and small offices where space is not an abundant good.

This QNAP NAS TS-932X supports the mounting of up to five 3.5-inch hard drives and four 2.5-inch SSDs, offering users enormous possibilities for network storage. Added to this is the use of 10GbE dual native SFP + ports, with which the bandwidth is the maximum possible, to achieve the best performance.

All managed by QNAP's QTS operating system, which simplifies management with greater flexibility and efficiency. This system offers block-based snapshots that enable complete protection of the most valuable data, and the ability to do an instant restore to effectively mitigate the ransomware threat.

Users can install various applications to extend the functionality of the NAS, some examples are Container Station for containerized LXC applications, Docker Qfiling for automatic file organization, QmailAgent to centralize the management of email accounts and QVR Pro to create a professional video surveillance system.
