Radeon r9 fury x2 will hit the market in December
Since the introduction of the AMD Fiji GPU and Fury series cards, there has been talk of the next graphics card with two AMD Fiji GPUs, the Radeon R9 Fury X2. A card that could hit the market very soon, just in time for Christmas shopping.
AMD will hold a special event in December and is expected to officially announce the Radeon R9 Fury X2, a card that will combine two AMD Fiji GPUs with a 300W TDP so essentially it would be two R9 Nano joined on the same PCB. Johan Andersson has hinted that the Radeon R9 Fury X2 will arrive with a liquid cooling system to keep the temperatures of its two graphics cores and HBM memories at bay.
A move that would undoubtedly force Nvidia to release a new card with two Maxwell GM200 GPUs ahead of schedule.
