Razer adds silent mechanism to blackwindow chrome v2
Table of contents:
Razer, the giant of peripherals, returns to attract attention with its new BlackWindow Chrome v2 keyboard, which is a revision of this popular keyboard model with RGB lighting.
We already know many of the benefits of the BlackWindow Chrome v2 keyboard, which includes customizable RGB lighting, with five dedicated macro keys and the possibility of recording the macro instantly, to later edit them using the Synapse 2.0 application. This Razer keyboard also includes on its left side a 3.5 mm audio jack connector and a USB port with the possibility of using it for audio if you want.
BlackWindow Chrome v2 is now quieter
Razer has set out to improve the BlackWidow Chroma v2, which it has seen to be of high quality but not perfect, which is why a silent mechanism is added to eliminate as much as possible the noise of the keys when pressed. The classic 'clack clack' was a characteristic noise of any keyboard until a few moments ago, because now many manufacturers have been launching keyboards with similar mechanisms that seek to eliminate that noise. In this way, the BlackWidow Chroma v2 will use a mechanism similar to the Cherry MX Board Silent.
The keyboard is 475 x 171 x 39 mm in size, and includes a removable wrist rest base.
Price and availability
Razer BlackWidow Chroma v2 will be available in the coming days at a price of 199 euros. Do you think it is worth paying 199 euros for a keyboard like this? Leave us a comment.
