It should be clarified that these requirements are not 'official' by Ubisoft or the developers of the game.
If we were to analyze these requirements for The Division 2, they don't seem extremely high, but the recommended requirements already call for a GTX 1070 graphics card. Unfortunately it is not detailed at what frame rate we would play with a GTX 1070, but we intuit that it will be at 60 fps.
Among the minimum requirements, a GTX 960 or R9 380 are selected to play in low detail.
Ubisoft has selected a group of players to try an 'Alpha Tenica' of the game this December 15. Keep in mind that this Alpha is by direct invitation from Ubisoft and is not open, what's more, participating users must sign an NDA so that no material is leaked on the network.
The Division 2 is coming to PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on March 15, 2019.
