State of Decay 2 is the sequel to the popular zombie game that first debuted on XBOX360 and then made the leap to the PC platform. Like the previous game, State of Decay 2 will not be released on Playstation 4 due to exclusivity with the Microsoft platform.
State of Decay 2 reveals gameplay for the first time
State of Decay 2 revealed its release date yesterday and today we were able to enjoy its first video on the gameplay of the game, which will add for the first time the possibility of playing alongside three other players.
Along with the announcement of its release date, State of Decay 2 confirms the minimum and recommended requirements it will have on PC, which will not be too high as we can see.
Minimum and recommended requirements
State of Decay 2 uses the Unreal Engine 4 graphics engine and it is confirmed that it will only be available from the Microsoft Windows Store, at the moment a version for Steam is not confirmed. PC gamers will need at least Windows 10 64-bit with 8GB of RAM, an AMD FX-6300, or an Intel i5-2500 with a GeForce GTX760 from NVIDIA or a Radeon HD 7870 from AMD to play the game in minimal quality.
To play with the recommended requirements, we will need an i5 4570 or FX 8350 processor along with a GTX 960 or R9 380 graphics card. The requirements can be considered 'modest' for what we are used to at the moment, something quite positive.
State of Decay 2 will be released on May 22 for PC and XBOX One with a price of 29.99 euros.
