Review: lamptron fc2

Controlling the RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) of fans is becoming increasingly important for all types of users, whether looking for silence or trying to break records with the Overclock. Basically we have two ways to do this, using software or using hardware with a rehobus. The problem with doing it through software is that you need to have an open program and it has to be compatible with your motherboard. That is why the option of the rehobus wins whole by offering us a plus of efficiency and comfort.

For this reason we have planned to send our test bench to: 'Lamptron FC2'. We can define it with the initials BBB (Good, beautiful and cheap). Let's take a closer look.

We must highlight among its characteristics its elegant aluminum finishes and its power per channel of 45W! Are many 45 Watts per channel? It is for most of the fans that we mount in our computers. You just have to imagine the amount of Nidec Servo of 1850rpm that we can connect (0.08 amps) for each channel. But of course, Nidec has released a new range of fans: Nidec 3000rpm / 4250 / rpm and 5400rpm at 1.14 amps, so we do not recommend mounting more than 2 fans per channel on this rehobus. In other rehobus such as Scythe Kaze Master the channel would explode, just by connecting 1 rehobus.

And to conclude we have taken a photo. With the first two channels disabled. Channel 3 to the minimum, 4 to half, the fifth to 3/4 and the sixth channel to the maximum.

The Lamptron FC2 has left us with a very good taste in the mouth. It is positioned as a purchase to be considered for its competitive price and quality of components. Fight with the classic Sunbeam Rev3.0 and the version with Lamptron FC5 screen with 30W per channel. To finish our summary of advantages and disadvantages:
