Greece has been sounding like the setting for the next installment of the Assassin's Creed saga for quite some time, something that is closer than ever to being real with a new track that points to the next Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

The existence of Assassin's Creed Odyssey is confirmed, which would be set in ancient Greece

A promotional image of what appears to be an advertising keychain about Assassin's Creed Odyssey has appeared on the French JeuxVideo website. The logo and Greek helmet hanging at the end of the chain are adding evidence to the theory of an established game in Ancient Greece, which will apparently be a direct sequel to Origins, the latest installment in the assassin saga.

Ubisoft has already confirmed the existence of Assassin's Creed Odyssey, so there is practically no doubt that the new installment will transport us to ancient Greece. We will have to wait for E3 to have more information, although for now everything seems to indicate that the game will hit the market next year 2019, because Ubisoft has opted for a new approach of launching a new installment every two years and not every year, as you did until the arrival of Origins.

Assassin's Creed is one of Ubisoft's most acclaimed franchises since its debut in 2007, although the latest installments in the franchise seemed more like an attempt to keep boxing than quality games, something that fortunately has changed with the arrival of Assassin's Creed Origins.. We are already eager to know all the details of the new adventure for sure that we will not be disappointed.

What news would you like to see in this new installment? You can leave a comment with your opinion.
