SilentiumPC has introduced the new Grandis 2 XE1436 CPU cooler which becomes its highest performance model with the ability to handle processors with a TDP of up to 250W.

The SilentiumPC Grandis 2 XE1436 is made up of a dense aluminum fin radiator that is crossed by a total of six copper heatpipes with a thickness of 6 mm that are responsible for absorbing the heat generated by the processor during its operation and distributing it by too the radiator for its dissipation. The heatpipes feature direct contact technology with the processor's IHS and are attached to a copper base for greater efficiency. This new heatsink is capable of handling a TDP of up to 250W so you can easily handle even the most powerful AMD FX 9XXX processors.

The heatsink is complete with two SilentiumPC Sigma Pro fans with a diameter of 120mm and 140mm to offer great air flow. Both fans have PWM speed control technology to automatically regulate their spin speed and offer the quietest possible operation depending on the system load.

The heatsink assembly has dimensions of 130mm x 105mm x 159mm and a weight of 1.03 Kg, it is compatible with all current AMD and Intel sockets. Includes SilentiumPC Pactum TIM thermal compound. Pricing and availability have not been announced.
