SMACH Z: features, availability and price of the Spanish console with AMD hardware

The SMACH Z is a portable console designed and manufactured in Spain that comes to life through an AMD Merlin Falcon RX-421BD APU consisting of a total of four x86 processing cores at frequencies of 2.10 GHz in base mode and 3.4 GHz in turbo mode. To this is added a Radeon R7 GPU consisting of 512 stream processors at an operating frequency of 800 Mhz. The processor is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM in the most basic version and 8 GB of RAM in the SMACH Z Pro version, the internal storage is 64GB / 128GB in both versions respectively, in both cases a microSD slot is presented for that we can expand its storage capacity.

We go on to talk about the screen and we find a 6-inch panel that presents a high resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels that promises a remarkable gaming experience and consumption of all kinds of multimedia content. We continue with WiFi 802.11ac, 4G LTE in the Pro model, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB 3.0 Type-C and a 1.3 MP front camera in the Pro model. Finally we highlight the inclusion of a battery that promises 5 hours of autonomy (there will be to see it) and the possibility of operating under Windows 10, Linux SMACH Z OS and Dual Boot operating systems.

The SMACH Z can now be booked on KickStarter for a price of 300 euros and the SMACH Z Pro for a price of 500 euros, both will start shipping in April 2017 so there is still almost half a year to go.
