Finally and after several months of rumors, Sony has announced the arrival of its PlayStation Now service on the PC to allow users to run Playstation 3 video games directly on computers and without the need for the console or games.

PlayStation Now already allows you to play PS3 from your PC Master Race

The PlayStation Now service has a monthly cost of 14.99 euros although we will have a free trial month to test the service before checking out. With this we can run the PS3 games directly on our Windows computer. The system requirements for PlayStation Now are quite affordable and are as follows:

  • Windows 7 (SP1), 8.1 or 10.3.5 GHz Intel Core i3 or 3.8 GHz AMD A10 or higher. 300 MB minimum, 2 GB of RAM. 5 Mbps minimum connection. Sound card. USB support.

The arrival of PlayStation Now on PC will allow players of this platform access to a catalog of approximately 400 games, including the most popular PS3 sagas such as Uncharted, God of War, Ratchet & Clank and The Last of US among much others.

Sony has also announced the launch of a wireless adapter to be able to use the DualSock 4 control on computers, something that was already visible after the leak of a patent. This adapter will be sold for a price of 25 euros and will allow you to play the games with the original control for which they were designed, thus avoiding possible problems derived from the use of other controllers.

The United Kingdom and Belgium will be the first countries to enjoy PlayStation Now on PC, the rest will have to wait a little longer.
