We are used to seeing everything in the world of video games but the companies are in charge of constantly showing us that you can always reach a higher level of ridiculousness. This time Sony has been the main protagonist by stealing Microsoft's Anthem trailer and lying to users in a very shameless way.

Sony brushes the ridiculous extreme with Anthem

Anthem is a new open world game from Bioware and was one of the highlights of E3 2017, the game was shown in a spectacular trailer running on the powerful Xbox One X with a very high graphic quality, Bioware said that the game was not enough 4K resolution on Xbox One X, at least for now. We leave you with an official gameplay of Anthem in case you do not know it:

Anthem was announced from the first second as a cross-platform game that will be released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It seems that Sony has turned on the light bulb too quickly and has not thought of anything other than showing a gameplay of the game running on the PS4 Pro at 4K resolution, remember that Bioware already said that it did not reach 4K on the Xbox One X that is much more powerful.

Xbox One X vs PS4 PRO vs Xbox One S

This supposed gameplay of Anthem running on the PS4 Pro was uploaded to the official PlayStation channel and has been the biggest trick and scandal of Sony in recent months. From the beginning the gameplay seems identical to the version shown on the Xbox One X, something quite curious. The peak moment comes when the user interface appears and for a moment you can see how the LB and RB buttons on the Xbox controller appear and then the L1 and R1 buttons on the PS4 controller overlap.

All this product of a montage with Photoshop, quite bad by the way, and that shows that Sony has stolen the gameplay from Microsoft and has edited it to superimpose the controls of its video game console, by the way deceiving all users by saying that the game was running on a 4K PS4 Pro. The video was deleted hours after the scandal.
