Spartan, the new microsoft browser
We continue talking about the news that will come from Windows 10, now comes the turn of Spartan, the new browser that Microsoft is preparing and that has a renewed design and more modern features than those of the old Internet Explorer.
Spartan will arrive with Windows 10 without knowing yet if it will replace Internet Explorer or both browsers will coexist in harmony. As we have advanced before, Spartan will offer a much more updated design being similar to other current browsers such as Mozilla Firefos or Google Chrome with a much cleaner interface than that of Internet Explorer.
One of the novelties of Spartan is that you can draw and highlight content displayed on touch screens as if it were a drawing in Paint. It is important to note that this function will not be limited to the use of a Stylus but it will also be possible to do it with the fingers. Another novelty is the inclusion of a reading mode that will display the website you are visiting without any distraction, it will even be possible to save pages to read later without an internet connection.
Cortana will be the big guest at Spartan with some cool features like offering relevant information on screen by typing in words like “weather” or “restaurants, ” making it easier to know the weather or search for a nearby restaurant.
