As rumored a few days ago, Google has finally unveiled its own game streaming platform. This is Stadia, which has already been officially presented. They seek to reach video games to the 2 billion players worldwide. This platform has been carried out in collaboration with Ubisoft. It will have the ability to stream a triple AAA game in FullHD resolution at 60fps with a latency of just 45 milliseconds.

Stadia: Google's streaming gaming platform

This is something that can be done directly in Google Chrome. There is no console, because this platform is compatible with any device or screen. It is without a doubt the most powerful point of it.

Google officially presents Stadia

Google has presented a controller with it, Stadia Controller, although the company itself has confirmed that it will work with any USB controller. So there is no reason to buy this remote. But it is going to be launched on the market, so those interested can buy it. In addition, the controller has a button dedicated to upload the gamepla on YouTube, so that it can be shared live with friends and followers. Also Google Assistant has its own button.

The connection will be direct with Google's servers, in addition, the developers hardly have to make changes to adapt the game to this platform. We also have functions such as cross-play or State Share available on the platform, which will provide a better gaming experience at all times.

Stadia is going to be released later this year. The first to have it will be the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most markets in Europe. It is expected that there will be a new conference in the summer, where we already have the specific details, including the possible price that it will have (nothing has been mentioned so far).
