The dates seem to be quite credible, although Halloween will be quite short compared to the others.

It is normal for Valve not to want the dates for its leaked. If players know what dates they will be on, chances are they won't buy anything these days and wait for. Anyway, most of the PC gamers knew what would be on Halloween, what we didn't know was on what days specifically.
