Steelseries announces a line of peripherals with pubg aesthetics
Table of contents:
The Steelseries brand has launched a new series of peripherals that are based on some of its current models but with an interesting PUBG aesthetic for the biggest fans of the game. Let's go see them!
The collaboration between Steelseries and PUBG brings peripherals with game aesthetics.
It is very common to offer limited or special editions of various important games. In the case of Steelseries, we find a mouse, a keyboard, headphones and a mouse pad. The latter had already been presented.
The PUBG edition mouse is, in this case, the well-known Rival 310, a model highly acclaimed for its quality and that includes everything you can expect from the market, such as a Truemove 3 sensor (modification of the high-end Pixart PMW3360), OMRON keypad and top quality materials.
Regarding the keyboard, it is the Apex M750 Tenkeyless, that is, it lacks a numeric keyboard completely in order to save space or leave a greater field to be able to move the mouse. Its design features keycaps with specific icons for PUBG, while maintaining its aluminum design. The mechanical switches it has are owned by Steelseries, the linear QX2s.
The QcK + PUBG Edition mat has versions with the background extracted from the Erangel and Miramar maps, and has dimensions of 450x400x4mm.
We finish by talking about the headphones, which in this case are an Arctis 5 PUBG Edition headset with the game logo and the well-known phrase 'Winner winner chicken dinner' that always appears in the game when winning a game. It has RGB lighting and a slightly hidden SteelSeries ClearCast microphone, as it hardly seems like a headset. It also has virtual 7.1 and makes use of a USB connection.
Seeing renowned PUBG-branded quality peripherals may appeal to certain gaming fans, but surely many will be shocked by the price: € 79.99 for the mouse, € 149.99 for the keyboard, € 24.99 for the mousepad, and € 139.99 for the headset.. Do you think it is a justifiable price? Leave us your opinion in the comments!
