Ansi code table

The ANSI code comes from the acronym American National Standards Institute which is the same as the American Standard code for the C programming language. It was created in 1963 and was born to expand and order both symbols and characters on our computer.
What this standard allows is to interpret the numerical codes to characters. At the time of MS-DOS and Windows 95, many pressed ALT and dialed 126, giving rise to the famous " ~ " character. I leave you this table that is always good to have on hand.
