Tacens Mars Gaming MMVU1
Tacens Mars Gaming MMZE1
Both mice have a very attractive appearance with a predominance of red and white colors together with black. They have dimensions of 135 x 72 x 40 mm, a weight of 145 grams and have a total of 7 programmable buttons. Attached to the mouse we have the 1.8 meter long USB cable and the gold plated connector . The two main buttons feature high-quality Japanese Omron switches that promise to hold up to 5 million keystrokes . As we can see it is an ambidextrous design thought to adapt to both right-handed and left-handed users
On the right side we do not find any buttons, while on the left side we have two buttons that help us to browse the internet or add some special function.
If we stop at the top of the mouse we see the wheel and the buttons to change the DPI number. By default we have four profiles at 1000/2000/3000/5000 DPI. You can also see the logo that lights up to 7 different colors, configurable by software and that allows us to know the DPi mode that we are using.
At the rear it has an advanced laser sensor that is capable of running up to 8200 DPI. We highlight its ability to adapt to the environment, getting to work in perfect conditions on various materials.

Tacens is the leader in peripherals, power supplies and boxes on the market. Its aggressive pricing policy with the Mars Gaming series is creating a lot of "fury" among consumers. After analyzing the MCPVU1 keyboard and mouse combo, we now see the faces with the MMVU1 and MMZE1 mice that promise to bring joy to gamers without spending a lot of money, the hallmark of the house. First of all, we thank Mars Gaming for the trust placed in ceding us both products for their analysis:

Customizable LED lighting
Both mice have a striking LED lighting system that allows them to be personalized in color, intensity of lighting and different light effects that give a very attractive touch. The four DPI modes are differentiated by different colors in both mice, these colors can be modified in hue and intensity with the software that we will see in the next section. As was the case with the MCPVU1 combo, the lighting of the mouse cannot be turned off, although it can be greatly reduced in intensity.
Software: Mars Gaming MMVU1 and MMZE1
The software comes on a Mini CD that is part of the mouse bunde although we can also download it from the Mars Gaming website if it is not more comfortable. Installation is as simple as clicking next.
Once opened we find the first tab " Basic Settings " that allows us to configure the functions of the six programmable mouse buttons and different parameters of the mouse lighting system. We can configure in hue and intensity the four colors that identify the four DPI modes and we can also configure three lighting effects so that the light always stays the same, makes a breathing effect or alternates colors.
In " Advanced Settings " we can configure other aspects of the mouse such as the speed of the pointer, the speed of the scroll or the speed of the double click. From here we can also manage macros.
As you can see both software are identical except for the decoration, in fact we can use one or the other interchangeably for the two mice.
