Taiwanese manufacturer TeamGroup has announced a new SSD memory card. The MP33 M.2, which is compatible with NVMe 1.3 and PCIe-Gen3-x4.
TeamGroup MP33 offers speeds of 1800MB / s read and 1500MB / s write
The SSD measures 22 x 80mm and weighs around 6g. It can be purchased with a capacity of up to 1 TB. The MP33 read speed is 1800 MB / s, the write speed is 1500 MB / s. In addition, the TeamGroup MP33 supports SMART functions and has integrated smart management. The manufacturer's warranty for the MP33 is for a total of three years.
The TBW for the 128GB version is 100TB. For the 256GB version, the TBW is over 200TB. With a size of 512 GB the TBW has more than 400 TB. Finally, the MP33 model with a 1TB capacity achieves a TBW of over 600TB.
According to TeamGroup, the official system requirements are Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and 8 operating systems , as well as Windows 7 and Vista. Also Linux in version 2.6.33 or later is officially supported by TeamGroup SSDs. Therefore, the MP33 can be used with virtually all current systems. However, according to the company, these units work best with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

Teamgroup also took the opportunity to announce its new UHS 1 (U1) speed SD Classic memory card and is V10 rated for video recording. This card is available in capacities from 16GB to 256GB. According to the manufacturer, the new TeamGroup SD cards are suitable for FullHD recording.
