Tekken has always been one of the most acclaimed fighting games by players for years and in this 2016, Bandai-Namco are preparing to launch Tekken 7. It would be the seventh numbered installment of the franchise for next-generation consoles XBOX One and Playstation 4. But… And for PC? It seems that the story may change and the seventh may be defeated.

Not a Tekken has come out for PC so far

Until a few days ago, it had not confirmed a PC version of the Tekken 7 but thanks to a Bandai-Namco survey, the rumor about a possible departure of the video game for compatible has been triggered by the network. Fighting games are currently in very good health with the releases of Street Fighter V, Mortal Kombat X and the recent announcement of Killer Instinct for PC, three great video games coming out for console and PC. Tekken 7 could be another of the great fighting games that would come to compete strongly in this genre.

The source that discovered this survey was PCGamer, where Bandai-Namco asks its users if they would like the game to be released for PC, so this would stop being a rumor and would become a very possible reality. If this possibility is realized, it would be the first time in history that a Tekken game comes out for PC, being a mythical franchise of arcade machines and video game consoles.

Part of the Tekken 7 player cast

At the moment Tekken 7 is scheduled to leave this year with a date that has yet to be determined, although many speculate that it will be during the second half of this year with a staff of 30 confirmed fighters. What do you think if the news is finally confirmed? Will a new era of Bandai-Namco for PC come?
