▷ Performance test pc online, are they worth it? ?
Table of contents:
We take a look at the different online performance tests that we can find. We will see if they supply Cinebench, AIDA64, 3DMARK and co. Ready?
The overwhelming logic tells us that, if we want a good benchmark, we have to go to downloadable programs such as 3DMark, Cinebench, etc. Some of you may not know of the existence of online performance tests, but don't worry because we are going to analyze them thoroughly to see if they are worth it or not.
Let's get started!
BaseMark
The first one we found when searching on Google is BaseMark, a test that allows us to configure two options: Conformance and Battery, in case we have laptops. Before hitting the " Start " button, it teaches us basic information about our device:
- Operating system, Browser, Engine, Resolution.
These are important aspects because, after all, it is an online performance test. The test will consist of 20 tests that will load our PC in different ways. I have to say do not worry because it is not a test that puts stress on the PC a lot, perhaps it will give some "reed" to our graphics card, but nothing more.
Don't worry about the temperatures, unless you don't have good ventilation or a decent sink. In my case, my graphics is quite hot, but it has only been set to 50 degrees. As for my processor, it has not reached that temperature, but with a heatsink with two fans; I suppose that with a stock heatsink I would have passed 50 by little.
When it is finished, you will get a score and below it some percentages that allude to the performance of your team in the test.
Finally we can click on “ See more results from Power Board ” to see how the different GPUs have behaved.
CPUx
This website is interesting because it does free performance tests and classifies the results in a ranking. In this case, it only focuses on processors and has a stress test called " Stress Test " that we have also tested.
Starting with its main benchmark, our CPU will work almost 100%. Temperatures are not going to rise more than we think; In my case, I have a 3.8 GHz Ryzen 1600 OC at a voltage of 1.32V. With a cheap Cooler Master heatsink I have been set at 47 degrees maximum. Of course, you can not do many things with the PC because it is very squeezed.
Finished the CPUx online performance test , they show us some scores. At the bottom, we can go back to do another test to try to beat ours. In my case, my CPU is 1320 between 11318. Not bad!
On the other hand, if we go out of curiosity to the ranking... we find ourselves a surprise.
The best scores are achieved by the Ryzen 9 and the Threadripper. The first Intel appears in 15th place, but this is not indicative of anything, it is simply a curious anecdote.
Within the same website, we can go to the " Stress Test ", which we can determine our score, power, threads, speed and FPS. I warn you that your PC will go to the maximum, as long as you choose the maximum configuration. Just below is an FAQ for those who want to customize the test.
We really liked the Cpux online performance test.
SilverBench
Here we find another interesting benchmark that is responsible for evaluating multicore processors. We have 3 different tests: Benchmark, Extreme Test and Stress Test.
Starting with the Benchmark, the CPU will get a bit stressed. In my case, it has reached 54 degrees. Once finished, you can give " Submit " to record your score, filling in some PC specifications. It is a short test.
Directly, I have passed the Extreme Test. It can be said that it is extreme because it has forced me to put all my ventilation at 100%. The processor and motherboard have heated up their own. The CPU in a few moments has reached 60º. It is a test that only tests the processor, so the GPU has not moved. Here I attach the evidence.
Since we started SilverBench is the most demanding online performance test.
BMark
Of course, the website is not the most visual thing you can throw at your face, but it is simple and direct. In this case, it is a simple 4-test test that seeks to show the FPS that our PC works on. 3D cubes are added and as time goes by, the graphic load is harder, so the FPS drop. The test will last until our team has less than 10 FPS.
WE RECOMMEND AMD Ryzen 5 4600H: Geekbench benchmarks are leakedMy PC is not great, so those of you who have powerful processors… will last much longer. In the test, the processor has been set to 42 degrees, so don't worry about the temperatures. After the test, it will show us a total score and will compare it to the rest of the users, separating who had the same OS and web browser.
You can access BMark here.
Online Benchmark
This is another online performance test that is very good to get closer to the power of our team. As in most benchmarks, they tell us that we have to close all the tabs of our browser to obtain a better result. So, we listen to him, right?
The test lasts almost 1 minute and it seems that it is not a literal benchmark, but a quick test that serves to compare the technical specifications of your PC. In my case, my PC has not given a hint of stress, so it is not a benchmark to use.
So far the online performance tests with which we can test our computer. There is no doubt that the most demanding is the SilverBench, offering more possibilities to the user to stress their PC.
Say that all are completely free, so you will not have to pay as in the majority of downloadable benchmarks. It is also true that the results are not as illustrative as it happens with FireStrike, Cinebench or 3DMark, for example.
We recommend you read our PC configurations
For us it is not a reliable test and it is better to check with the reviews or the databases that exist on the net. What results have you obtained? Which one do you like the most? What do you think about these tests?
